Absolutely lovely! I loved H.E.R.O. on C64 so much! A few things that bother me. No Helicopter sound? That was the best on C64. When planting dynamite, no sound from the fuse? The butterfly was just flying between two points forth and back now its flying all over the place, which is awful annoying. That was NOT in C64 version. When finishing a level there where also unique sound effects for drainingh the power and getting points for remaining dynamites. It would be really cool to get nearer to the original :)

By the way, how did you do that? Assembler everything or something like Scorpion Engine? :) Czesc

I'm glad you like the game :-) I wrote it in Blitz Basic 2, just like the rest of the newer ones, since I abandoned Amos, which I didn't fully understand. So far, I've only written short interfaces and cracktracks in assembler. We'll see. Best wishes :-)

PS. 'Czesc'? Are You from Poland too? :-)

Ahh Blitz Basic says something. 20 Years ago i experimented with Blitz3D on PC, i guess thats similar to Blitz Basic 2 for Amiga. My parents are from poland, i was born in germany but i fully understand polish :)
