Saying you would think of implementing an image that breaks down the basic controls, well take your time on that. saying you put eery sprite you make,and make them nude and add clothes over top.Yeah thats a good one
Although you said you have some lesbian scenes, but it will not be a heavy focus and you don't know if you could write a story around those themes I suggested, and you are not really interested , well you could give it a try as an experiment , make short visual game, about an alternate world with only naked women and they do lesbian sex , just give it a shot.
