That’s a strange bug I’ve not seen before. I’ll look into it.
oddly when i reloaded my save today it appeared in the inbox! hope that helps
I got the same bug. Saving and reloading does not fix the issue either.

sorry about this! I found the issue. In the meantime, you can use the below workaround but that includes spoiling a log you haven’t found yet:
