The gameplay is actually quite different from what I imagined based on the images. I was thinking it would be something like rotating the environment to make the red ball land somewhere, but that wasnât the case at all haha.
I admit that at first, I was a bit confused about what to do, even though I read the tutorial several times. It might be interesting to have an extremely basic level that introduces the player to the core mechanics, so they can understand what theyâre supposed to do before jumping into the actual game.
The search algorithm you implemented is really well done. Itâs hard to get something that precise in games, especially considering you did everything in about 25-30 hours!
The game is pretty challenging if you donât think strategically and have patience, which might turn away casual players. But that doesnât mean the game is bad by any means—itâs just that its audience might be a bit more limited due to its complexity.
I think to expand it further, it would be essential to have a mechanic that allows you to remove blocks by spending some of the resources you earn from your score.
Really original and fun concept, I donât remember seeing anything quite like it before, so it was a really pleasant surprise. I had a lot of fun while playing, and the challenge is just the right level. Congrats on the game, and best of luck in the jam!
P.S:
The name fits the game perfectly. Even though itâs a clear reference to the gameplay, I only understood it after giving it a try
