can someone help me, this appears when i try to open the game. I downloaded RPG run time pack and looked at the read me too and nothing is working, thank you.
Japanese Locale is the 'language for non-unicode programs', and you need to have it when extracting your game. (make sure you have utf-8 off). If you don't have it, the names of files in your game may become distorted and cause issues when playing. It is separate from Locale Emulator, which you need to avoid the issue with all the @ @ @ @ symbols during gameplay.
