You go to those pages by clicking on words from other pages. From looking at the screenshot you sent, you have not gotten those pages that lead to either page 60 or 68.
EDIT: I'm double-checking the game right now and it appears there does seem to be an issue with a page that I haven't come across, yet, so I will try fixing it. Thanks for bringing this up.
EDIT 2: I just opened up the original game and it appears that issue is there, too, but I realized why I never came across it. At least for me, I always clicked on "Someone Special" first, but if you go through the whole game and get to the outcome without ever having clicked on it, whenever you go back to click on it after, it automatically leads to the final chapter and not to the other page it's supposed to lead to (which is a page you have not gotten, according to your flowchart). I'll ask the creator about anything to fix it in code, but for now, the only fix is to reset your data and click on "Someone Special" first. I will make sure to put this in the "Hints" section, too.
