You are right, i have described it bad. I thought about it a bit more and found out that Sofia isn't the problem. Emmas not sharing route got stuck and she repeats herself all the time. I have done everything normal but somehow even after going to the sauna with her ten times she still doesnt get progress on the quest. I hope i described it right for you now.
