You need to be more specific, what is the softlock. What are you trying to do, and what steps have you taken.
You are right, i have described it bad. I thought about it a bit more and found out that Sofia isn't the problem. Emmas not sharing route got stuck and she repeats herself all the time. I have done everything normal but somehow even after going to the sauna with her ten times she still doesnt get progress on the quest. I hope i described it right for you now. (Sorry if my English is not the best.)
The most probable thing that I'm expecting happened is you selected: "do you know your ___ fucks a lot of sluts" during the second sex scene with Emma at the sauna, which is the share choice. And since you had told Mario you wouldnt help him, and Sofia is expecting Emma to help then the quest is basically in Limbo.
The quest will have some changes later about this choices, to prevent this kinds of "limbo" situations from happening. Another example would be to not share Emma but tell Mario about Sofia (this is another limbo state)
