Hi, the same thing is happening to me: when I download something from the site (including the app, that's why I can't use it), the file stays for a second on my computer and then disappears. It doesn't seem to happen with pdf.
That sounds more like an overeager antivirus to me.
It was really the windows defender all along. I'm sorry I haven't replied to this, I have been busy.
I thought too but even with my antivirus off it keeps happening, but thanks for your time.
