So I did eventually figure out how the echo-ghost mechanic works. Unfortunately I can't get past the jump over the chasm after the first checkpoint. I figured out how to push the button with my ghost to create the platform, and I can jump onto the platform just fine, but no matter how I time the second jump (off the platform onto the ledge), I can't seem to make it. Maybe there's something obvious here that I'm not seeing! 

I'll give some feedback on what I did play: I think there's a great idea here! Unfortunately, the way that the echo mechanic works right now (automatically deploying after a set interval) is just quite unintuitive, and really interrupts the gameplay. I found myself trying to explore the level and get used to jumping around, and then suddenly I'd be locked out and I can't do anything while I watch my recording move around. I think putting the echo mechanic in the hands of the player is a real must for this to work the way I reckon you're intending. 

That being said, I really like the idea of having a little ghost echo that Ihave to record and go push buttons for me. I could see some really cool puzzle design coming out of that, so great job on that front!

Regarding the jump: you just need to be a bit quick when jumping off the platform — there’s no extra mechanic there.

As for the echo system, I originally avoided making it player-triggered because I felt it would give the player too much control and remove a lot of the intended challenge. That’s why it currently activates at fixed intervals (every 5 seconds). However, there’s an issue at the moment where the echo sometimes triggers earlier than it should, and I know that can disrupt the gameplay. I’m looking into that bug and will fix it soon.
