Hi sorry to bother you but my ascensions are all at 1 for some reason.

it's an old save so maybe I need to restart or did you change ascension cause i got like 5 murdocs and the stars never showed up.

Hey, even the oldest saves should work properly. Can you post a screenshot of her character screen?

This is murdock with all empty stars.

Half of the UI is missing. You can check another person's screenshot down below, you'll notice that yours doesn't have borders.

So it's not a save file problem, the entire installation is bugged.

Are you playing on mobile? (If yes, it's better to back up your save files before trying anything else)

Hi yes iam using the apk and tend to have some bugs while playing.

Ill reinstall and get back to you and thank you for your help.

If you uninstall first - and then install - your save files will be deleted.

so turned out my phone hasn't been updated in a while and now it works perfectly.
