Hi, seems to have trouble to upscale images when running QS on Windows computer with ARM processor (snapdragon x)

Hi my friend, 

never tested compatibility with Windows on ARM, what kind of trouble?

The error happens only with images?

It seems to work when setting output directory to same as original image but if you choose another output folder it says

Failed to remove temporary directory: C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI117482

Honestly, it doesn't seem like an ARM compatibility issue.

Did you extract QualityScaler.exe from the zip file? Maybe extract it to your desktop.

Are you running the app as an administrator? (Right-click > Run as administrator)

still doesnt work when you set it to another output directory but it could be something else
