If they would have not "forgotten"2 about it or something it might have come in a time where it is not questionable if payment guys might block your account, I heard stuff about first mastercard and now about Paypal after they were forced to calm down.
I had previously heard that there was a law being put forward to prevent banks being able to act like that... however I did not know if it went through or not.
