Wow this sounds so legitimately like the RPGs of the PS2 era! Love the fact that it was actually done through the hardware. Like a time capsule and a good means of preserving that unique pitch whilst enabling new creators to recreate those magical beats we grew up with.
Does this work with GuyEngine V2 as well as v1 by any chance?
Thank you so much! What a great compliment! As for the expansion itself, it is only compatible with GuyEngine V2. V1 is essentially just a legacy plugin at this point.
The process of getting these through the PS2 hardware was a bit of a nightmare to figure out haha, but now that I know how to do it, it'll be great for my Kingdom Hearts expansion!

As for the expansion, that's great. Kingdom Hearts always had some of the best OST I heard growing up with the PS2. SquareEnix (at the time Squaresoft for part 1) always did have a great taste in orchestral music.
I can't wait to see when that expansion is released. Really appreciate the work you do, both as a lover of those games and someone who loves the idea of preserving these kind of things that most take for granted. Even something like music carries weight and its own "history" ingrained into every pitch. Much like how people would go crazy for a classical piano for the pitch/sound alone, having that option or ability as a game dev or a music enthusiast is really amazing to have in the modern age. (They still try to remake these soundtracks all the time for a reason.)
