The design work in this game is phenomenal, and is immersive. The way the system reacts to the conflict was very interesting to follow, and  the supervisor breathing down your neck but unable to directly interfere brought in more tension.

On a funny side note, when I tried to submit a rating the mismatch the system saw prevented me from rating until a page refresh, which added an extra layer of immersion by accident c':

Haha, the origin clause is spreading. Thanks so much for the feedback. Glad you were so immersed! :D

i played this through a few times to find different endings and i liked how clearly your choices affected what happened. the visuals and the writing conveyed the scifi-theme super well, and i found the concept of the game to be very interesting. this needs player concentration to be appreciated, perhaps more so than some other stories, but i'm not saying that as a bad thing. intriguing worldbuilding!

Awesome, thank you! :) Really glad to hear you played it through a few times. Very kind words indeed <3

origin clause is a unique game, and clearly a labor of love. great visuals. story felt  lore reliant, and i did not necessarily feel as though i was clued in to that lore through world building (though that particular player unaware-ness very well may have been your intent). cheers!

Hey, thanks for playing! :) We definitely wanted to leave the player feeling like there were more answers than questions. It was tricky trying to ensure that didn't leave things feeling unsatisfying, so no doubt there's room for improvement!

I played this, and I enjoyed it, I was intrigued by it, but I'm not sure I understand it. No clue how to rate it. Really cool and original for sure, just not sure how to relate it to these jam categories... feels like it exists completely outside of the box. Broke the mould.

Thanks for your feedback! It was difficult balancing revelations between certain playthroughs. Obviously we can't expect players to play through every ending and perhaps we didn't quite get the balance right. That, coupled with the rather abstract concepts. Hmmm something to chew on!

Hey, thank you for the comment. That's quite high praise. We're definitely proud of it, but would have liked more time to iron out the kinks and refine the theme implementation. I'm glad you liked it.

Really intriguing premise. The UI is clean and immersive. I got a good feel for the setting. Quite eerie vibes too. I got a couple of endings, but I wonder if there's a better one. Just one more run...

Thanks for your feedback! Glad you enjoyed it! Go on, just one more run... ;)
