Yep, I noticed so I included 'also', just putting that out there since it's related via the topic of transgenderism and I've been curious as ToA has had clear leanings into MtF themes with the Protag + Companions. Would also be rooting for a they/them character!
Regarding FtM, beyond the obvious desire for it to be respectfully depicted if the characters written are to be involved in the adult aspects of the game/story, I think I'd appreciate ToA looking for influences depicting it with other Androgynous fantasy races. Dwarfs come to mind, but also there's the currently established gender dynamics of ToA (largely matriarchal for most races) which could also intertwine with the abundance of intersex characters who are part of those societies.
My own knowledge of FtM characters in fiction is limited, can blame that on a mix of cultural social factors when growing up excluding just my lack of attraction to men, however when it comes to implementation (mechanically) I feel it would be under heavy consideration if those characters should be Battle Fuckable or just scene characters.
What I don't wanna see is, from my own readings of MtF adult stuff (like I said previously, my experiences with FtM are limited overall), is no repeated insistence on bringing up the past gender/pronouns or birth-assigned sex of the characters (especially internal monologuing about it). I can assume that would apply also to FtM fiction, so I'll say that.
As for the FtM community, I recall seeing a few fans of ToA that were FtM. I hope those fans can feel well represented & considered if an FtM character is included into the adult content of ToA.

That's about it, ain't got much else to say so, trans rights are human rights.

Meh, to people who have a problem with matriarchy, well sucks-to-suck haha. Only answer to patriarchy is matriarchy to be honest, but besides the point. And honestly, bringing up AGAB/ASAB repeatedly can lead to interesting situations and development, but depends on the tone and how they write it.

I've said it before elsewhere, but my main hicup with including FtM stuff is the whole association with that identity with communities into stuff like "misgendering" and the "detransitioning" kink. I'm a MtF individual myself, just HATE how FtM is kinda closely linked to those problematic and questionable interests. If you're confused ask me to elaborate, or ask any questions in general, happy to provide answers.

Will do if I have any, thanks for the offer.

Oh really? Huh, much more receptive of a response than last time, a pleasant surprise.

transguy here. I've not seen that kink anywhere personally. I mean, the same can be said for cis guys who fetishize trans women, some will use derogatory terms which I won't name here, but with any trans person, there is going to be those that fetishize, misgender, or otherwise are disrespectful. If this game adds FTM/transmasculien characters, I'd hope they would be portrayed respectfully. same with MTF/transfeminine.

You've been lucky and yup, as long as they avoid those harmful kinks and fetishes I'm fine with it. And for cis guys doing it, sadly I don't got much hope for them, being cis guys and all, but when it's self-proclaimed transmen/"transmen" it's just, mindboggling to me.

yeah I agree, its def a kink that seems counterintuitive to being trans in the first place.
