You mean you were stuck and could not make any input anymore? If so it sounds like a infinite loop. Usually happends if the game can't pick any option for some reason and tries to infinitly pick a new option, fails, and repeats.
On which field did it occur? And also, did you had a lot of artefacts in your possesion at that time? Also did you had banned any items or tf?
