They're not the only one with this problem, as I too have been having this issue. Itch isn't showing the shadow test as a compatible download, not even Windows issue because I have a friend who has Windows 10 with 7zip, I have 11 without it, but I know about the extraction issue with Windows 11 and the 7zip requirement. Whatever is going on, I assume its either a hardware requirement, or something else I can't really deduce. We've also checked the app vs. the actual VotV site on itch, nothing. The only compatible/available download it shows is the 0.8.2c version, not the shadow test.
ive had no problems with 8.2 on itch, also you still need to unzip the files even if you have it on itch.io. ive had the same problem, when you click on download next to '[UNSTABLE SHADOW SUPER TEST] Alpha 0.9.0 [0015_1]2 GB' it just says there is no compatible download. wanna play the new update but cant get it to work outside of itch.io. best bet (if you know how to get it to work) is to download it off of the website, instead of the app.
