I don't go very often. And i forget how many quotes there are... honestly, I don't know if most people even realize they change ^^;; that you noticed is pretty awesome.
Van has a LOT more dialogue. I had basically a whole tree written for every time you did damage to him between him and bonnie.
The lead dev was like '...I'm not doing this. Just let the boss fight happen' and I was like 'oh, okay...'
So any van dialogue you can't find is probably left over from all of that.
