Sorry, it’s my first time participating in an event like this. I wanted to clarify can I rate just one game made by the jam participants, and do I submit that rating on the game’s page under a 'Rate Game' tab or something like that, or do jams have separate rating tables?

It’s best if you rate each participant’s game using all five criteria in the “Rate Game” tab. Comments are always welcome.
Open the “Rate Game” tab for a game, go to the game’s page, play it, then return to “Rate Game” and enter your ratings. Repeat this process for every game.
Teams vote as a single developer. Team members decide together what scores to give, and the person who submitted the game enters those scores for all the other entries.
Solo participants vote normally — they rate each game using all five criteria.
