Hi, I don't know if it's a bug or not, but when you equip jewelry that creates a vortex on a new floor, the perk 'Sense of Surroundings at level 2 and 3 doesn't reveal it on the map. I guess this is because SoS triggers first, and then the jewerly's effect triggers.
