I just got the water thingy from the pyramid and dunno how to give it to Bell to make he booba enlarge.

Just gift her the water, right? It should be among the choice's you could gift her (Just in case, check the bottom of the choice list too)
You need to know to give it to her. Have you brought her to the bathhouse Temple yet?
