Newest version fixed all of this, thank you for the feedback. You can even set the game to "low" settings. I would be interested in knowing your hardware.
I was playing on a steam deck, docked to a larger monitor. After I give feedback to the rest of the jam games, I'll probably try your newest version on lower settings.
