Negative, Rose was a request from a raffle winner, just like other requests from raffles, is a one time/ one place thing.
the raffles are stopped until new notice, probably wont be another since there are 2 choices for the winner, either a new model for the page or new scene (making sense) for existing characters not counting the models. Making the scenes take longer to be implemented and most of the previous winners decided wanted a scene.
So yes, is a no for the foreseeable future.
