Looks like I am the only one with this issue, but the game is running at 20 FPS for me. It is not using anything at all... 0% on GPU and 7% CPU... I never played on Coppercube so I dunno if thats normally. I have a GTX 1650 by the way. You know why this is happening?

That's very strange. Have you checked your video card drivers?

It's all fine, played other indie games and more demanding ones and they are all good. I didn't update my video card since May but I dont think that can cause a issue...

Try deleting the d3d9.dll file.

If that doesn't work, I can try to make a Vulkan version and send it to you, but I'm not sure if that will fix it.
