It's all fine, played other indie games and more demanding ones and they are all good. I didn't update my video card since May but I dont think that can cause a issue...
Try deleting the d3d9.dll file.
If that doesn't work, I can try to make a Vulkan version and send it to you, but I'm not sure if that will fix it.
