No, it's out of my hands now. I've already let our admins know when I said I would. But four days isn't a very long wait at all, from what people say.

Got it. I understand four days isn’t long, but it’s been about a month and a half since this issue started, so I’d really appreciate any update or resolution soon. Is it possible to speed things up a bit or have the admins check on it sooner?

Telling our admins about the ticket ID was supposed to speed things up. If they didn't get around to it either, there's no-one else.
