You missed this part of the Search&Browse FAQ:

If you're selling your first project, then your page may be placed in our review queue. New sellers are reviewed before their projects are elgible[sic] for indexing. This proces[sic] may take a few days. Please contact us only after you've waited at least one day.

Keep in mind that itch.io staff doesn't work on weekends, as explained in countless topics, so this will take at least until Monday. Hope this helps.

Hello, Monday has already arrived, but the game is still not showing up in the search. What can be done to correct this situation? I want people to notice my game.

...As explained in the unofficial FAQ pinned at the top of this category, you need to promote the game yourself, for example in Release Announcements but mostly outside itch.io.

Also, as explained in the rules of this category, if indexing takes much longer you can contact support and post your ticket ID here.

My game has been indexed for a really long time. Where can I get an ID ticket to provide it to you? Or are you unable to help with such questions? Do I need to write to you by email?

...You'll receive a ticket ID in the automated e-mail reply when you contact support, and your game has been published for only a week.
