Can someone explain the logic behind the sheep question?

Question 9 also doesn't make sense either
if some dreams are terrible, and all sheep are not terrible, then,
some dreams = terrible, but not all dreams
all sheep = not terrible,
if some dreams are terrible,
some also have to be not terrible,
and if not terrible = all sheep,
then some dreams can also be sheep

i assume its sheep racism
Black sheep are rare, so you'd get less wool from black sheep. At least that's how I reasoned it out after getting it wrong.
