reporting, the high tiers don't appear for me for some reason? also the achievements don't seem to save and popup again on refresh

For saving, you need to click outside the game window, because I don’t want to save data every time you get a currency or an achievement — it could cause performance issues.

I noticed the same issue with the web version in that there are upgrades that are bugged:

Okay, I messed up the cost because I changed the upgrade logic — I’ll fix it ASAP.
