Spot on! Getting some Monty Python vibes, not just with the cut out Gilliam esq. style; but also the easy humour/settings. I'm going back to play the 1st one!

Fun game! I liked the art and the job you did with the voices! As a suggestion, the game could have an option to skip dialogues, (or at least some of them) because, as said before in the comments, I also pressed Esc and had to listen all the intro again. The dialogues could have some subtitles too, but I am aware of time constraints. Other than that, great job!

lol, reminds me of the Double fine style of games like grim fandango.

I had a lot of fun playing! I'm not a native English speaker, so I understood about 60–70% of the story, but it was still a really fun experience. The president and the island felt familiar from the news. I really like this kind of comedy.

This was such a fun game! I really liked how you reworked one of your old projects and gave it a fresh story inspired by recent events. The whole Lipstein Island and President Dump part had me cracking up . The art design felt super fresh too. Did you draw all the characters yourself?

Also, huge props for the voice acting. The subtle variations you did for each character were top notch and really brought them to life.

I did run into one issue though. There’s no pause menu, and when I tried to pause near the ending by pressing ESC, the game completely exited . I had to replay the whole thing just to see how it ended. Still, it was totally worth it!

P.S. I still can’t believe you submitted it 42 seconds before the deadline. I’d have been freaking out.

Of cause there should have been a pause menu, and will include one in post jam version. And yes I have drawn all of the characters, but most of them is reused from the first game.

That would be awesome. Really solid work on your project.

I have made a updated version of the game that is a bit less buggy, you can find it here https://jk5000.itch.io/i-will-find-himafter-jam-version
