ive been trying to find the last green crystal outside in the garden and i cant seem to find it anywhere also how do you get to the chest in the middle of the garden? :3

When it comes to the chest in the middle of the garden area: you might want to take a closer look at the water surrounding the chest. You might notice something unusual ;3
