I really wanted to print the Blank Playbill for the one-shot I'm running in a few hours, but I have no idea how to, given the way the PDF file is formatted. Are there any printing instructions somewhere?

The playbill PDF has four pages (though it looks a bit confusing because each page has two playbill pages). You should print on two sheets of paper, front and back, with the largest print area your printer allows. Then you fold those sheets of paper down the middle and put one inside the other (see the pictures above or in the Jukebox rulebook).
