Did the game work previously?
Was that the exact error message? What platform are you playing on?
If game files are compromised, installing again should help.

At first you wrote the error was “game file error”. The error message in the screenshot you posted is nothing like that.

Try installing again, following the instructions carefully.
If it still fails, search for Youtube video on how to install Renpy games on Android. Maybe you did some step wrong.

I did not understand you mean cheat codes, since you could not play the game per your previous question.
I entered invalid codes while they were all correct.
The codes may have been correct before, but are not correct now. Cheat codes were changed after some dubious person revealed them publicly.
If you want cheat codes that work now, join Patreon and become a Supporter.
I have not used cheatcodes, except the codes that Wiki Codes page mentions, I checked they do work still in V0.19.
