Simply put, by example - if your bonus after all calculations would be $10, this power adds another $10. If you applied the bonus twice for the round, the bonus would be $30.

Just one small rules question:
What does "marking the presidential penalty" mean?
Is it just a reminder to subtract maintenance malus from the presidential Bonus? Or does the company lose one bubble in its action track?
