Hello again. Played with two yesterday and had really great fun - eventhough Xaxier beat us in the end...

Just one small rules question: 

What does "marking the presidential penalty" mean? 

Is it just a reminder to subtract maintenance malus from the presidential Bonus? Or does the company lose one bubble in its action track?

One rule question remains: What is the extra presidency bonus, when playing a natural 6 on a share action?
