A couple of people do, we checked it out rather thoroughly and it is a false positive. This seems to be a larger issue with windows defender and effects more than just this game.

I mean the actual download window on Itch flags the file as suspicious, but I chose to proceed anyway. Once downloaded, there were no issues.
Itch shows a warning before you even get to choose where to download a file...
