OH MY GOD WHY IS THIS GAME SO GOOOD?!
I feel like i'm watching an episode of the show at every intro!
And there is a training mode where i can lab Batsu-*coff coff*, i mean, Sailor Mars!
This is one of the best fighting fangames i've ever seen!
HA thank you! It's a little weird one I made using assets from the arcade beat'em up. I went for simple controls because I didn't have enough moves for using motions. I like how the juggles feel, personally. I have just delisted it because Der Mondhase is my business account now and I need to keep it "clean"😅
Fun fact: the reason my dev studio is called "Moon Rabbit" is actually because it was born for that game you are playing now. Originally it was a way to split it from myself, but I liked the logo and name so much that when I registered my one-person company, I decided to keep it as its logo and name😆
I'm sorry, i swear i can draw it better! I've thought about this because i've always been a fan of sandbags in fighting games, but (except for Bonus-kun in Waku Waku 7 and Galaxy Fight) they're always weaklings that are scared of everything and everyone. So i decided to imagine one cocky and always ready to fight. He would be kind of a rushdown or unga-bunga character, with an air grab, a damaging sideswitch tool (Which is a stupid reference to Daytona U.S.A.'s OST track "Rolling Start") that can be grab cancelled before the sideswitch actually happens and a WHOLE PREDETEMINED STRING that can be cancelled in the super-grab after the finisher which is based on the lyrics of the Chamillonaire song "Ridin'".
And yes, he has a Limp Bizkit reference.
Sorry for the wall of text, waddya think about it?
I hope they bring the sandbag back soon!
Oh, and i just wanted to tell you that i've just read your new Supercombo article, i'm so happy that you've started writing articles again! Now i'm waiting for the 6th chapter of the 2dFm2nd saga...
Also, how do i become a Supercombo writer?
And can i show you the weirdest italian fighting game our nation has ever created?
nope, even if those are kinda weird:
https://miciosegonegames.itch.io/spf-road-to-wastedmania
It was made as a spin-off of a free italian web comic in the 2000s, it is kinda crappy, but it feels like Street Fighter on crack.
It is even more reminecent of those 2000's web pages than Ultra Fight Da! Kyanta 2 and, as you can see in this video's comment section:
because of how the FGC reacted to this game (That WarioPunk dude trying his absolute best to make the haters shut up is the developer), the developer started to hate fighting game fans, even going as far as mocking them by making some tshirts which portrayed them like obese SF2 cosplayers (you can buy them on his website, if you're interested) and stopped making games or comics in 2016 after his Kickstarter to make a reboot of one of his first games failed to meet the original goal.On the itch.io account that published the game you can stilll play the demo, and all of his other games.
I think that even if the game is quite rough around the edges, it is kinda fun and i hope that you'll think the same.
