I'm curious that you describe it as a dungeon crawler, since at a glance it doesn't really make me think of dungeon crawling.  Can you say a bit more about the design and focus?

Also, is there a downloadable demo?  Playing in the browser makes me nervous that my save files are going to disappear.

Hello! Thanks for your question!

While areas are somewhat varied and the game is not set in an enclosed space (outdoor areas are prominent), there is heavy emphasis on exploration, preparation, resource management, and combat management. I'd estimate 75% of play time is spent in dangerous areas combing for loot and paths forward, and the player is encouraged to use mechanics that can prolong their time away from safety.

As for scope, I imagine this project will finish at 10-12 hours play time, possibly less. I'm aiming for a short, fairly dense experience.

People who've tried the demo and developed enough of an interest to play test are encouraged to reach out for a downloadable version, which contains more content than the in-browser demo. Pretty soon I'll make a Discord channel for the game to distribute files and keep everyone on the same page.

Sounds like fun.  I'm currently crunching to get my own project released, but I'll try to make time to check it out in the near future.  I am a dungeon crawl enthusiast, so my perspective might be helpful.
