There are currently no plans to publish the full game on itch.io, however the game is also available on GOG.

Oh dang! I bought it on itch yesterday, thinking it was the full game. That's on me for not checking, I guess. Would it be possible to get a key for Steam or GOG? I don't mind paying a bit more to make up the full price!

Oh, I’m sorry! The easiest would probably to issue a refund, so you can buy it on Steam instead. Would that work for you?

Ok! I asked for a refund, I’m waiting for itch.io to approve it.

Regarding DRM, the Steam version is also DRM-free, just in case knowing that changes things for you. (It also helps me a lot if you decide to buy on Steam and leave a review).
