Okay, let's report what bugs I found in v.0.3.3 besides Tomo in Karasuyama.
1. A bug with the Sawako anal unlock notification. Even though I know I've already unlocked it, why does it keep popping up?
2. Tsukiko's search on the second day of our date had a bug. The message I opened at home couldn't be read by the program, causing me to exit the map and reopen the chat. Only after opening it the second time did it work.
3. Michiko's text error in the gameover cutscene.
4. An issue I encountered with the Site Assistant: when she holds a certain item, then we have sex with her and press Q to exit the animation, the item the site assistant is holding also moves. This never happened in previous versions.
5. I don't think Michiko can identify all types of ghosts. She can detect all ghosts, but there are some she can't identify. I only found one, Shy/Shade. But I suggest you double-check for this.
6. Is this a bug or not? When the ghosts are hunting and we break the ghost banishment ball. The ghost didn't disappear immediately, but when I exited the contract and re-entered it, the ghost ball was still intact. I guess that's a feature? Or?? I don't know.
7. A typo in Karasuyama's contract. I don't know if you intentionally not fixed or what.
8. What happens to the site assistant if there's something behind him, like in a truck with lots of stuff? He doesn't detect the site assistant, instead, he takes the item first, then the assistant, especially when I bring the site assistant near a light switch. The first thing he detects when I press E is the light switch, then the site assistant.

3. Nurse Ghost. I really don't understand this. What exactly is going on with him? I can get him. I also advised him to bring Michiko when hunting. For some reason, he didn't notice what I explained to him.
And SCM-835-NP no problem with her quest i find her anytime in sakurai or sunrays apart
I will ask him about the savedata later, so I can check whether what he said is really a problem or not.
1.Yes, there is little mistake made with number. I guess once the gallery is available may need to delete this quest and animation data for it to work well.
2.I did not understand that one. If possible a video or a screenshot is appreciated.
3.Need to make her name Michiko.
4.It was solved before adding Kasumi as site assistant and now it's back because item exchange happen when you lift your finger from Q. Will work out on this later.
5.She can but there's glitch if she doesn't know ghost room she will not tell about ghost.
6.Orb is not used during a hunt but it's icon is removed because of a bug.
7.It's data assignment is changed to 15 causing this bug.
8.Closest object is interacted.
I don't know.. for no 2 (Tsukiko) I forgot the steps or what, but on the second day of our date with him, we had to have sex with a puppet first, then on the third day we took him for a walk to nurse 3. It seems like I forgot the steps hmmm.. so just ignore this one

Michiko sometimes can't detect ghosts but she can detect the room, whether this is a bug or not
If you mean you don't get a replay from Tsukiko then it's working as intended. She only replies after completing anal sex part of her quest. If the quest continued after sending her the image then people would have miss out either anal animation or all double penetration animations.
(Edit: Mainly I didn't want people to miss out that "show me around the asylum," and her ripping her pants when no one is looking thing.)
Like I said Michiko can only tell ghost type if a ghost pass by her. In your video spawn point of that ghost must have been extremely left and never contacting Michiko. Thus, she doesn't tell the ghost type. But there's is a other glitch that I've already mentioned.
