- Project: “ Trojan Whores” – a narrative‑driven visual novel set in ancient Greece (Trojan war), blending myth, history, and personal drama.
- Platforms: PC & mobile
- Engine: Ren’Py
- Revenue: hobby project, no commercial release planned yet
Our background:
We (project leader, 2 programmers and a musician) started the project 4 months ago. A basic menu, 6 chapters of text, music & animation was reached, when our project leader had to leave the project for personal reasons. Therefore we lost our main writer and director. The visual art department only consists of concept art.
To keep our project alive and strive to finish this game, we need YOU!
Who We’re Looking For :
🎨 2D Artist / Illustrator
- Style: right now it is Anime / comic style, but feel free to have other preferences (maybe Studio Ghibli meets Greek vase art).
- Assets Needed: Character sprites (multiple expressions & poses), background paintings (city‑states, temples, markets).
- most of our sprites and backgrounds are stock footage, so feel free to give us input:

✍️ Writer / Narrative Designer
- Focus: Crafting a compelling story rooted in Greek history and mythology while delivering branching dialogue with meaningful choices.
- Tasks: Plot outlining, script writing for dialogue & narration and maybe optional side‑quest concepts.
- Experience: Knowledge of visual‑novel scripts and Greek history would be preferred, but not necessary.
