I think the game looks really cool! I didn't really understand the mouse thing. Like I tried using the offset mouse to navigate through the menus but my regular mouse was the one that worked so unsure if I misunderstood something. I also didn't manage to get to far into the game. I died a few times to the hands and then the guy with the knife. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to fight back or just avoid him. I tried looking for stuff but I literally couldn't find anything to interact with so, I don't know if I was just supposed to get stuff. The most unfortunate thing I think is that because I was trying to crouch at some points it interacted weirdly with my browser so there were a few times where I bookmarked the itch page or the tab just closed because of some hotkeys with control. I would like to try again if you change the crouch to "C" or something so I can actually make it through further in the game. Also retrying the game was a pain because of the instructions that always played in the beginning and the long credit sequence.

Most of the interactable items are found in lockers or specific rooms. As for crouching — you don’t need to hold Ctrl, just press it once. Or you can try downloading the Windows version — there definitely won’t be any key conflicts there.
Regarding the guy with the knife — yes, you should definitely avoid him. He reacts to sound, so don’t worry too much about being seen; just make sure not to make noise near him.
