Yes, she did get a ring. You can see it when you check her standing full body CG in the CG room. There are two images that room in on her wedding dress CG to show the ring go onto her finger.
If I remember correctly, you only skipped the part of having to craft the ring for her yourself. But that doesn't mean that she didn't get a ring.
