Thank you for being so helpful by giving me no answers and linking me an older page on which an admin actually showed up, asked a question, then vanished and hasn't been seen for days since. Amazing website you guys are running, where nothing gets fixed.

Can't speak for our admins, but I literally pointed you at instructions to follow. If you won't do that, then no, the people who are in a position to help won't be able to either.
