Like I answered two days ago:

All translations are done by volunteers. Turkish comes when Turkish volunteers do the translation.

There is FAQ page in the Wiki.

Since you so much want Turkish support, join or form a translation group to do the work. Another way is to pool funds from all Turkish players and pay for the translation.

It seems there was Turkish translation in 2021, but work has stopped since. I guess the old translation is available somewhere, so part of the game is already translated.

The Turkish translation does not exist without Turkish translators. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but this is our third time answering you. I cannot translate the game into Turkish myself.
