First word, as a fan of Junji Ito, it's very great with all the spiral imagery. The music sound design is awesome as well, which really elevates the unsettling experience. Background art and text stylings are also very well put together. Such a great experience, I also really like the many music references (though I think without the Bea(t)les there won't be much grunge or garage rock to be had)

I can see there's a theme about finding your own voice amidst the crowding noises and individualism as well, about who we are and who we will be, growth and relationship fractures as well. I really like the supernatural stuffs, connect ramens with *stuffs*, who would have thought that those can be used together. I've managed to get around 5 endings, with the best one I think that I've unlocked is the Uzumaki reference.

Some small nitpicks: 1. there are still some typos here and there but pretty minor, 2. I do wish there are more hints for which items to take but I guess it's fine since you do not want to railroad the player too much.

Thank you so much for such a detailed review! I'm so glad you enjoyed the game and that it left a positive impression.

Regarding the hints: yes, perhaps it would have made sense to create some sort of catalog, marking possible paths to endings and item hints. Maybe I'll do something similar in the next project.

(I can say that the best ending is the same actions and choices as for Uzumaki's ending, but you need to bring water and rinse your eye.)

Regarding the typos, that's true, unfortunately. English isn't my native language, and I was worried the translation would be completely incomprehensible. Thank you for your attention, I will review the text again.

Thank you for playing! Your review is what motivates me to create!
