Game Description
Survive three waves of enemies, gather trash, upgrade your turrets, and switch masks to adapt. When the last mask falls — she will come for you.

The theme “Masks” is reflected through the tank’s interchangeable **masks**, each tied to a unique weapon and ability. These masks aren’t just visual — they represent shifting identities and survival roles in the fight against the waves.

The artstyle is super special in a good way, i like it :D 

I had fun playing the game :) It was diffucult but i liked the challenge. My only suggestion would be to be able to shoot with a mouse button, since i can already aim with mouse. that would have made more sense in my opinion.

Other than that its a really cool idea and unique game. Congratulations :D

Yeah, we actually wanted to make the gameplay a bit more comfortable — we even had a cheese heal mechanic ready, but I uploaded the game literally in the last minute and didn’t manage to submit the updated version because of some submission issues.

It would’ve been easier with the cheese :)

The concept was unique, genuinely one of the most creative games of the jam. 

I'm going to point out the flaws just because I do believe this is genuinely a good and special game, I actually enjoyed A LOT  playing it, the original idea stands out from the rest of the obvious puzzle platformers, it's unique, it's fresh, but it needs a bit of polish.

I think the main problem are the controls. They're super hard for an action game, the trash kept  falling off and I had to go back and get it, and the wave of enemies was too fast for the restricted controls... I think you gotta polish the mechanic, but I can't say it wasn't fun. I always look for something "special" about a game, most people go for the same puzzle platformers, but this one is special, it just needs to be more user friendly.

Maybe WASD should just move the truck in the direction I'm pressing, not like "W is forward and S is backwards and A/D to turn" because those controls make it really hard for a top down view (since if your truck is in reverse or upside down pressing A/D is really confusing). You gotta focus the game to be more arcade-like, focus on fun, not technical accuracy. Maybe those controls are good for a puzzle game (for instance if you only had the trash mechanic) but it makes them frustrating for an action game. Also if I'm aiming with the mouse the most natural thing is that I fire with the mouse, not the space bar.

I think this is the main problem, the controls, the rest is good and the idea might really take off if you make the controls more arcade-fun-like you genuinely have something different than the rest of the game and I LOVED it. Great job so far!! Yours is just the second game in this jam I'll give 5 stars in originality to (and I rated like 40 already), keep it up!!

This was actually our first ever game, and during these 9 days we’ve learned so much — from making sounds and music, to drawing, to understanding the basics of Godot and how everything comes together.

We didn’t rush — we just created at our own pace, enjoying every small step of the process. These were honestly some of the most pleasant and inspiring days we’ve ever spent on a creative project.
We’re truly happy that you found something special in this idea.

This was your first game ever??? and you learnt Godot in the process and made this game in 9 days?  That's truly remarkable!! i thought this was like your 10th game, it felt really polished for a first game.

Most people on their first game go for a basic buggy boring platformer, but you guys went a lot further already, that was awesome, and as I said, there's something special about your game and I genuinely noticed it without knowing this was your first one.

I see a lot of future for you if you managed to achieve this in just 9 days. As I said the controls didn't fully work for an action game, but that doesn't matter, those mistakes will be made and you'll learn from them, what's important is what you learn in the process, what you achieved is surprising, you could have made a puzzle with those controls (just the trash mechanic) or a Vampire Survivor's like with the enemies (but using standard WASD controls). You didn't realize, but you actually made 2 games in one!! That's crazy!

Again, that's truly remarkable. , keep it up guys, great job so far!

Before this jam, we actually spent about a week studying game development — I personally went through a full 9-hour Godot course and already had some programming background, so that helped a lot.

My friend wrote that we “didn’t rush,” but in reality we were literally working 10 hours a day — just fully immersed and motivated by the process.

Couldn't tell what I was supposed to get. I'm red/green blind (a surprisingly common type of colorblindness), and I had a hard time identifying the object I was supposed to find. Generally, it's best not to differentiate objects by color alone and try to do some variance on shape. The environment was very busy and made it difficult to spot enemies. It's very well crafted and works well. Some minor details just require a little tweaking. Good work though.

You're absolutely right — we didn’t have time to think about accessibility during a 9-day jam. We actually uploaded the game literally one minute before the deadline and even had to skip adding some small features like the healing cheese.

I struggled with seeing the enemies as they were a little small on busy tiles - but it looked nice and I did manage to survive for a bit - nice job!
