I had a great time with this! Pushing the pumpkins to carve a path is a genre that’s usually tough for me, but this one feels super pleasant and well-balanced. I had to restart a few times, yet those “aha!” moments were really satisfying. Lovely cozy visuals and atmosphere, and the level design kept me thinking without feeling unfair. For me it played like a real little challenge—and a fun one. Fantastic work! 🎃✨

Thanks so much for playing and for the kind words! Totally hear you on the learning curve and the audio—jam timing meant I couldn’t finish everything I wanted yet. I’m planning a clearer in-game tutorial and richer soundscape (ambient café, machine/UI cues, simple mixing). I’ll keep polishing until it feels truly intuitive and cozy. Really appreciate the feedback!
Lovely game! The visuals, sound, and overall atmosphere are really pleasant and cozy, and the comic-style cutscenes are a sweet touch. Once I settled in, it felt great just being in the space. If you keep working on it, I’d love to see a bit more variety or branching in the core loop—the gameplay feels a little linear right now. Still, it’s a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Great work!
Thank you! I’m really glad it felt soothing once it clicked. I hear you on the tutorial—I'll add a clearer step-by-step onboarding and contextual tips so it’s easier to get the hang of things. I’m continuing to polish the game, and my goal is to make it genuinely pleasant and easy to learn. Appreciate you playing and the encouragement!
Thank you so much for the kind words and thoughtful feedback! I agree the mechanics need clearer onboarding. I’m actively refining things: adding an in-game tutorial (step-by-step, context tips), tightening the flow so actions feel more intuitive, and expanding the audio (ambient café, machine/UI cues, volume controls). I’ll keep polishing until it’s genuinely pleasant and easy to learn. Really appreciate you playing and sharing—this helps a ton!
Thanks so much for playing and for the kind words! You’re right about the back-and-forth between the summary and the game screen — I’m planning an inline/tutorial flow with contextual prompts so you don’t have to leave the action. I’ll also expand the audio (more ambience, machine/UI cues) and add simple volume controls. If there’s a moment you’d especially like to hear more of, I’m all ears. Thanks again!
Really impressive work, especially for a solo dev!
At first glance it’s a simple clicker, but the atmosphere, art, and music turn it into something special. The mask theme fits perfectly — with an interesting upgrade system that actually feels meaningful.
And that ending… when the portals open and the whole world gets pulled into the unknown — absolutely chilling. Whatever waits there (Cthulhu, maybe?) feels truly terrifying. Amazing job! 👏
Thank you so much for such a kind and detailed review — it really means a lot to us! 💛
This was actually our first ever game, and during these 9 days we’ve learned so much — from making sounds and music, to drawing, to understanding the basics of Godot and how everything comes together.
We didn’t rush — we just created at our own pace, enjoying every small step of the process. These were honestly some of the most pleasant and inspiring days we’ve ever spent on a creative project.
We’re truly happy that you found something special in this idea.
We’ll definitely polish the controls and keep developing the game after the jam — and of course, we’ll join future game jams too!
Thank you again for your warm words and support — they mean the world to us. 🙏
