I like the game's idea but I feel it is a little bit too spread. So the music and sounds and voicelines are pretty ominous and spooky but the paitent logs are humorous. I would try to pick a lane in that sense just to stay consistent.

I felt the game did not escalate its difficulty challenge at all, maybe I missed something but it felt like the speed by which new problems appear remained relatively the same, and there were never more than one patient, or problem at a time. Maybe if you changed some variables as the game keeps track of how many you save or don't save. At 5 saved the problem spawning rate could increase a little bit etc.

Also an idea to play with: mechanically speaking, the game gets a little repetetive to roam around and keep press E to save someone. What if, when you save someone, you have a slider that keeps building up, but the more you build it up the faster it ascends. And what you have to do is stop helping when the slider reaches the green "safe" area. If you do that you save the person but if you don't react fast enough and keep pressing E and the slider leaves the green safe area then you get to a dangerous haunting area. Meaning that if you are not careful when helping people you risk infusing people with your haunted spirit and they become haunted and more sick. And then you can think as the developer okay what does that mean? Either the patients stay on the bed and are even "more sick" and then you have to save them again but this time the slider minigame is even harder and if you fail they die this time. Or you have them leave the hospital for now but they might come back later in the game as sick and haunted, while you have more patients piling up.

Also maybe you could use the logs to spot people who could pose a threat if they die, maybe they turn into malignant spirits and haunt the hospital as well but in the bad sense, they sabotage equipment, or attempt to inject themselves into patients bodies to make them more sick, like in the case from my example, where you fail to save people with the slider. Sorry to drop all of this on you, but maybe you can have a take away from my feedback that helps you as a game designer! Good game nonetheless and keep it up!

Wow, thank you so much for such a detailed and thoughtful comment! ❤️❤️❤️
You brought up amazing points — especially about the tone consistency and difficulty pacing. We’re already working on a follow-up “fixing the mistakes” update, and your ideas about the slider mechanic and haunted consequences gave us a lot of inspiration!
Around early October (roughly October 1–5), we’re planning to release an update that will include many of the great ideas players like you suggested.
Really appreciate the time you took to share this — feedback like yours helps us grow as devs :3

I'm glad you found it helpful! keep it up! I will check out the new version for sure, just hit me up in dms or this comment. Also make sure to check our game as well and leave your feedback too. It would be greatly appreciated and helps us out a ton too :))
